In view of the order passed today in MC(Cril.Petn.) No. 11 of 2021, Registry is directed to implead the name of Shri Khuraijam Biramani as respondent No. 2 in the present application. Since the newly impleaded respondent No. 2 is represented by Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel, no formal notice is called for.
