[1] When the matters are taken up today, I heard Mr.Th. Trimalchandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the second appeals and Misc. Cases.

[2] Mr. Th. Henba, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 appeared in all these cases and seeks time to file counter affidavit in MC(RSA) No.10 of 2020, MC(RSA) No.11 of 2020, MC(RSA) No.8 of 2020 and MC(RSA) No. 9 of 2020.

Item – 12-19

[3] Mr. Th. Trimalchandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the second appeals and Misc. cases seeks time to extend the time limit for taking steps for notice to the other respondents in all these cases.

Permission is granted.

[4] Mr. Th. Henba, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 is directed to file his counter affidavit on or before 08.2.2021.

[5] Therefore, post these matters on 08.02.2021 and the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take notice and private notice to other respondents returnable by 08.02.2021.

[6] Registry is directed to issue copy of this order to both parties through their whatsapp/e-mail.
