For reasons	stated in the order dated 27th	May, 2021, this
miscellaneous application,<br>being MC [WP(C)] No.67 of 2021 filed in
		connection with writ petition being WP (C) No.177 of 2014, was adjourned,
till today. In the meanwhile, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed an
		order on 1st June, 2021 in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.7081 of 2021,
which reads as follows:-

" ORDER

Issue notice returnable in the last week of July, 2021.

In the meanwhile, status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties."

In view of the above order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court,

no further order is required to be passed in the present miscellaneous application, which stands disposed of accordingly.
