Respondents No. 1 & 2 are directed to file an affidavit indicating the status of payment of leave salary and gratuity amount paid to respondent No. 3 which as per order No. DC.I/52/2004-18/124/255, dated 20th August, 2018 issued by the Secretary to the Executive Committee, Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council, Shillong indicates that the same has been made over to respondent No. 3.

Petitioner also to file rejoinder affidavit to the affidavit filed by respondent No. 3.
