Mr. B. Deb, learned counsel for the respondents No. 2-4 submits that the concerned person is not present in Court today, as he has since been transferred. It appears that the said Shri. M.K. Meena, Under Secretary, University Grants Commission has indulged in a game of cat and mouse with this Court, as he failed to file necessary affidavit or appear when called upon.
Accordingly, Mr. B. Deb, learned counsel is to supply the exact instructions as to how long Shri. M.K. Meena, held the post of Under Secretary of the University Grants Commission. Respondents to file affidavit within one-week, failing which cost will be imposed.
List this matter on 9<sup>th</sup> September, 2022.
