Dr. N. Mozika, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. A. Pradhan, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the pending matter before the Division Bench has since been disposed of, by order dated 10.10.2022, whereby the order of the Single Judge has been upheld. He further submits, that the Contempt in question is against the non-implementation of the Single Bench order, wherein, 3(three) months' time has been given.
Mr. H. Bezbarua, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be taken up after one-month, to enable the respondents to implement the said Single Bench order.
Accordingly, list this matter on 6<sup>th</sup> December, 2022. Copy of the Division Bench order dated 10.10.2022 is taken on board.
