Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. S.Rumthao, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the cheque for payment of cost is ready for handing over to the petitioner.

Ms. P.Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner has generously submitted that the petitioner is ready to forego the cost.

Accordingly, the cost which has been so paid, shall be made over to the petitioner, and the petitioner shall transfer the amount to the State Legal Services Authority. The cheque is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court itself.

Respondents are granted further two weeks' time to file the affidavit. List this matter on 29-03-2023.
