Dr. N.Mozika, learned Sr. counsel having taken instruction from his client submits that the order passed in WP(C). No. 232/2015, is challenged by filing an appeal before the Division Bench. He submits that some time may be granted to enable him to move the Division Bench to obtain appropriate order in this regard.
