I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time.

Learned AAG however, submits that the question involved in this petition is also involved in WP(C). No. 98/2020, WP(C). No. 99/2020, WP(C). No. 101/2020, WP(C). No. 102/2020 and WP(C). No. 103/2020. He submits that in these matters, notices were issued and same are pending for admission. Learned AAG also wants to file reply to the present petition and seeks some time.

Request of learned AAG for time is granted, accordingly petition is adjourned to 01-07-2020.
