Mr. AH Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioner is present.
Ms. P.Agarwal, learned State counsel appeared on behalf of the State respondents and submits that she has already filed the counter affidavit.
Court Master informed that AD Card has returned after service against the respondent No. 7, but none has appeared till passing of this order.
Post the matter for hearing after winter vacation.
In the meantime, respondent No. 7 is at liberty to file the counter affidavit, if he so desires.
