The present case is filed by applicant under Section 156 (3) of Cr. P. C. The learned predecessor of this Court allowed the present application on 06-01-2022 and directed P.I. of Ghatanji Police Station to investigate into the complaint. It is seen from C.I.S. that as per that order police has filed chargesheet against accused and said charge-sheets are registered as R.C.C. No. 99/2023 to R.C.C. No. 104/2023. Therefore, keeping this application alive does not serve any purpose. Therefore, it is necessary to dispose of the present case.
