Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

2. The writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P3 series in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till such a decision is taken, proceedings pursuant to Exts.P4 and P4a will be kept in abeyance.

Petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 2 nd respondent as soon as it is received.
