Various grounds have been raised in the revision filed by the tenants being the legal heirs of the original tenant who died after the passage of the impugned judgment by the Appellate Authority and Sri.K.S.Hariharaputhran, the learned counsel for the petitioners addressed submissions before us based on all those grounds. However, we find that in two cases covered by the very same impugned common judgment, this Court on a scanning of the materials came to the conclusion that within the contours of the revisional jurisdiction under Section 20, there is no warrant for interference. Sri.Hariharaputhran himself would fairly place before us a copy of the order in RCR Nos.391/11 and 392/11. Since the impugned common judgment has attained finality to the extent it pertains to two of the appeals covered by the

R. C. R No.56 of 2012 -2 very same impugned common judgment, we are not inclined to admit this RCR. We confirm the judgment of the Appellate

Authority and dismiss the RCR.

However, considering the fervent request of Sri.Hariharaputhran that at least one year's time be granted to the petitioners to surrender the premises we order issuance of urgent notice by speed post to the respondent to determine the duration of time to be given to the petitioners to surrender the premises.

Petitioner is permitted to serve copy of the RCR memo to the Advocate who has entered appearance for the respondent/ landlord in RCR Nos.391/11 and 392/11.

In the meanwhile, there will be an interim stay for two months.
