Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings in CC NO.225 of 2017 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, III, Ernakulam and CC No.2205 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, (N.I.Cases) Kochi, till the disposal of the Tr.P.(Crl.), in the interest of justice.

This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S O.D.SIVADAS, K.A.SUJAN, SHIJU VARGHESE (ERNAKULAM), Advocates for the petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for R2, the court passed the following

<u>ORDER</u>

In the light of the circumstances mentioned in Crl.MA 3/2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate amendment shall be carried out to the transfer petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be an interim order as prayed for, for a period of one month. Petitioner shall carry out necessary amendments in the meanwhile.
