THIS WRIT PETITION FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE A WRIT OF MANDAMUS, DIRECTING THE RESPONDENT TO CONSIDER ANNEXURE-B, TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT TO NOMINATE THE PETITIONER AS MEMBER OF THE SYNDICATE AS PER THE SENIORITY LIST AT ANNEXURE-A AND FURTHER TO QUASH THE ENDORSEMENT OF UNIVERSITY AT ANNEXURE-C.

O R D E R

Petitioner's grievance is that his representation dated 22.3.2010 at Annexure-B has remained unconsidered by the respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not dispute the fact that a decision on Annexure-B was not taken. If that be so, without going to the merit of the matter, suffice to direct the respondent to consider the representation at Annexure-B expeditiously and within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is submitted by the petitioner to the respondent along with further representation, if any.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
