This Writ Appeal is filed under Section 4 of the Karnataka High Court Act, 1961, praying to set aside the order dated 22.3.2011 passed by the learned single Judge, in W.P.No.66434/2010.

This Appeal coming on for orders this day, K.L.Manjunath, J, delivered the following judgment:

JUDGMENT

Though the appeal is presented on 8.12.2011, till today the office objections are not complied with. This would only reflect the conduct of the counsel in prosecuting this appeal and we have been observing in almost all the appeals filed in the Circuit Bench that the Advocates are in the habit of filing the appeals without following the High Court Act and Rules. For years together having not been complied with the office objections and having no intention to bring the appeal papers for admission before the Court and the litigant public are under the impression that the matters are not being listed before the Court due to laches on the part of the Registry of the High Court. Under the circumstances we do not see anv

reasons to adjourn this appeal. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed.
