Heard the learned Additional State Public Prosecutor for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The appeal is valued at Rs.1,20,000/-, therefore, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this appeal.

Learned Additional SPP seeks liberty to file an appeal before the jurisdictional District Court within a period of one month.

The appellant-State is permitted to file an appeal before the District Court having jurisdiction within one month. The interim order of stay granted on 23.04.2021 shall continue for a period of one month.
The Registry is directed to return the documents produced in this appeal to the learned Additional SPP.
In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of.
