This Regular Second Appeal filed U/S 100 of CPC, against the Judgement and Decree dated: 07.03.2011 passed in R.A. No.36/2008 on the file of the District Judge, (Fast Track) at Haveri., allowing the appeal and setting aside the Judgement and Decree dated: 25.02.2008, passed in O.S. No. 34/1997 on the file of the Civil Judge (Sr.Dn), Haveri.

This appeal coming on for Orders this day, the Hon'ble Court passed the following;

O R D E R

This appeal was admitted in the month of September 2011. Inspite of granting time for more than 3 ½ years paper book is not filed. Hence, finally two weeks' time is granted for filing paper book subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1000/- payable to the Registry.

If cost is not paid and paper book is not filed within one week from today, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
