These petitions coming on for hearing on interlocutory application this day, the Court made the following:

ORDER

H.G.RAMESH, J. (Oral):

1. Learned counsel on both the sides, after arguing the matter for sometime, submit that the writ petitions may be disposed of by directing the jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner, Bellary District, to hold election to the Managing Committee of Bellary District Muslim Shadi Mahal, within four months from today on the basis of valid voters' list prepared as per the approved scheme. They further submit that the Shadi Mahal is presently being administered by an

Administrative Officer and the said Administrative Officer may be directed to furnish all the relevant particulars to the jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner to enable him to hold the election in accordance with law.

2. In view of the above, I make the following order:

The jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner, Bellary District, is directed to hold election to the Managing Committee of Bellary District Muslim Shadi Mahal, within four months from today on the basis of valid voters' list prepared as per the approved scheme. The Administrative Officer of the Shadi Mahal is directed to furnish all the relevant particulars to the jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner to enable him to hold the election in accordance with law within the time stated above.
