ORDER

The petitioner has sought the following reliefs

• (a) "Set aside the order of learned 16^th ACCM, Bangalore dated 26.10.11 $\rm in$ C.C.No.1378/09 permitting the riew counsel Sri.K.V.J. to come on record vide 'Annexure-A'
• (b) Issue a direction to dispose off the memo filed by the complainant dated 26.10.11 in accordance with law vide 'Annexure-B'
• (c) Grant such other relief or relief's which this Hon'ble Court deems fit judged by the circumstance including cost of above petition in the interest of justice."

2. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

Therefore, petition is diamissed as not maintainable.
