ORDER
- The above petition has been filed seeking for the
following reliefs:
(a) To call for records.
(b) Quash the entire proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.2029/2017 (Crime No.112/2017) of Puttur Town Police Station, on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge and A.C.J.M, Puttur, D.K.District, in the interests of Justice.

- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above proceedings arise out of a case and counter case inasmuch as the petitioner has also filed a complaint which is numbered as Crime No.113/2017.

- On verification with the Case Information System, it is seen that the matter has been committed to the Sessions Court.

- In view thereof, both on account of the matter being a case and a counter case as also on account of the matter having been committed to the Sessions Court, I am of the considered opinion that the inherent power vested with this Court cannot be exercised in the matter. As such, petition stands dismissed. Pending IAs also stand disposed of.
