ORDER

  1. The above petition has been filed seeking for the

following reliefs:

(a) To call for records.

(b) Quash the entire proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.2029/2017 (Crime No.112/2017) of Puttur Town Police Station, on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge and A.C.J.M, Puttur, D.K.District, in the interests of Justice.

    1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above proceedings arise out of a case and counter case inasmuch as the petitioner has also filed a complaint which is numbered as Crime No.113/2017.
    1. On verification with the Case Information System, it is seen that the matter has been committed to the Sessions Court.

  1. In view thereof, both on account of the matter being a case and a counter case as also on account of the matter having been committed to the Sessions Court, I am of the considered opinion that the inherent power vested with this Court cannot be exercised in the matter. As such, petition stands dismissed. Pending IAs also stand disposed of.
