This House Rent Revision Petition is filed under Section 46

of Karnataka Rent Act against the Judgement and Order dated

17.3.2007 passed in HRC. No. 10039/2003 on the file of the XV

Additional Small Causes Judge, Mayohall Unit, Bangalore, (SCCH-19), allowing the petition filed under Section $27(2)(r)$ of Karnataka Rent Act, 1999.

This House Rent Revision Petition coming on for Hearing this day, the Court made the following: -

ORDER

During the pendency of this revision petition, which is filed by the tenant, who has suffered an order of eviction, there is a settlement arrived at between the landlord and tenant, whereby it is agreed that the petitioner-tenant would continue to occupy the premises as a tenant, on payment of the enhanced rent of Rs.3,000/- per month and it is also agreed that an additional refundable advance deposit of Rs.1.00 lakh would be paid and the terms of arrangement would be reduced to a formal deed to be executed by the parties.

Recording this submission and also recording the presence of the landlord and the tenant in Court, the petition stands allowed. The order of the trial court is set aside.
