This CCC is filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the accused for non-compliance of the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in W.P.No.17166/2013 (GM-POL).

This CCC coming on for orders, this day, N.Kumar J., made the following:

O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed complaining of disobedience of the order dated 20th November, 2014 passed in W.P. No.17166/2013 where a direction was issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the complainant to remove his name from the rowdy list.

Today, counter affidavit is filed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Bharathinagar Sub-Division, Bengaluru enclosing Annexure R1' to R12' in support of their contention that his name cannot be removed from the rowdy list.

As the representation of the complainant is considered and orders are passed, there is compliance of the order passed by this Court. Hence, contempt proceeding is dropped.
