22nd day of August 2003 in the presence of Smt. A.S. Radhika, Amicus Curiae for the Petitioner and Smt. K.B.Sreedevi, Amicus Curie for the Respondent, and

For the reasons stated in the order and while disposing of this Civil Referred Case, it is ordered and decreed that the decree of divorce of the lower court dissolving the marriage of the petitioner-wife with respondent-husband that was solemnized on 7th day of April 1983 at St. Joseph's Church, Belman, be and the same is hereby confirmed. Decree Nisi is made absolute.

And it is further ordered and decreed that there shall be no order as to costs in this Civil Referred Case.
