This CRP filed u/sec.115 of Code of Civil Procedure r/w sec.151 of Code of Civil Procedure against the order dated 5.1.05 passed on I.A. in O.S.No.1720/88 on the file of the I Addl. City Civil and Sess. Judge, Bangalore (CCH-2) rejecting the I.A. filed by the petitioner herein u/O 22 R l and 3 r/w sec.151 of Code of Civil Procedure to bring the L.Rs of the petitioner herein on record and consequently dismissing the suit.

This CRP coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:-

ORDER

Though the matter was called twice there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. In view of this, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
