ORDER

For the reasons stated in the civil petitions, order dated 13th February, 2001 is recalled. Accordingly, Civil Petition Nos.544/2001, 545/2001, $546/2001$ and $547/2001$ , are allowed.

The L.R.R.P. Nos. 2814/1999, 3084/1989, $2.$ 3085/1989 and 3086/1989 are restored to file. List these L.R.R.Ps for hearing before the appropriate bench.
