The Inspector for Vyalikaval Police Station by name Shri.Shiva Kumar D.K., has filed a counter Affidavit, stating that the brother of the petitioner was arrested in connection with Crime No.231/2013 and has been produced before the VIIIth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore.

2. In view of the same, the petition does not survive for consideration.
