ORDER
- The case of the petitioner is that certain lands in Survey No.25/P6, situated at Chikkahullur Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District were

acquired by the State for the purposes of the Karnataka Industrial Area Devlopment Board (for short, 'the KIADB') and he was the owner of 2 Acres of land. It is submitted that, inspite of giving several representations, the KIADB has not granted him compensation. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the respondent-KIADB submits that if the petitioner were to give a detailed representation with all the necessary particulars and no one else is claiming any right over the same and if the petitioner satisfies that he is the owner of the property concerned, then in that event, the compensation will be disbursed to him.

His submission is placed on record.

The petitioner is given the liberty to give a detailed representation to respondent No.4.

Respondent No.4 shall consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and take an

appropriate decision thereafter within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
