ORDER

The present case relates to the service dispute and the same is now amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench in view of Notification No. G.S.R. 267(E) dated 29th April, 2020 read with Notification No. G.S.R. 317(E) dated 28th May, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training).

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench. Registry shall transmit the record of the case to the CAT, Jammu Bench, which shall deal with the same in accordance with law after issuing notice to both the parties. Registry shall retain soft copy of the writ petition for the purpose of record.

This disposes of CM No. 2415/2021.
