This matter pertains to the service dispute and the same is now amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench in view of Notification No.G.S.R.267(E) dated 29th April, 2020 read with Notification No.G.S.R.317(E) dated 28th May, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training).
