Having regard to the contents of the application coupled with the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, sufficient explanation is offered for condoning the delay in the matter. Application is allowed, delay is condoned, subject to the cost of Rs. 1000/= to be deposited by the applicant in the Lawyers welfare fund.

Subject to taking steps for effecting service upon respondents, within weeks time, Registry to issue notice to the respondents except respondent 2 returnable within a period of three weeks.

List on 28.04.2021.

In the meantime, subject to depositing entire Award amount before the Registry of this court, operation of the impugned Award dated 31.01.2012, shall stay. The amount if, deposited be kept in the Fixed Deposit initially for a period of six months.
