Heard, learned counsel for the parties.
Pursuant to the order dated 06.12.2019 passed by this Court, the Circle Officer has submitted a report but list of Khas Mahal land under the Sadar Anchal, Ranchi has not been furnished completely.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Circle Officer, Sadar Anchal, Ranchi is directed to discharge his duty by preparing list of Khas Mahal land and submit a report within four weeks before this Court, failing which the Senior Standing Counsel-III (Sr. S.C. III) is directed to bring this order to the notice of Chief Secretary, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi.
It is made clear that even if the Circle Officer, Sadar Anchal, Ranchi is transferred, he will comply the same and relinquish his charge after taking leave of this Court.
Put up this case after four weeks.
Let a copy of this order be communicated through FAX to the Chief Secretary, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi as well as Principal Secretary/ Secretary, Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms Department, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi at once.
