Pursuant to the order dated 26.07.2019, the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi has filed one modification application vide I.A. No.7986 of 2019 stating therein at paragraph 7, which is quoted hereunder:-
"That necessary steps has been taken in the matter and enquiry has also been initiated. The matter is under enquiry which is likely to consumer some more time, therefore, in such compelling circumstances the answering respondent Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi humbly prays before this Hon'ble Court for grant of 4 weeks further time for filing affidavit in the manner and mode as ordered and directed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26.07.2019."
The affidavit has been sworn on 21.08.2019, as such, this Court is modifying the period as per the application filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi.
Let the case be listed on 27.09.2019.
Since the matter relates to the Government land it is of great importance for the State also.
