11 / 26.07.2022 Today, learned counsel for the Appellant Mr. Rahul Dev seeks another adjournment. Learned counsel for the Respondent Punjab National Bank Mr. P.A.S. Pati states on instruction that settlement under the OTS Scheme can only be availed if all litigations are withdrawn including the present one and before the D.R.T, Ranchi. He submits that he would be filing an affidavit to bring on record settlement under the OTS Scheme arrived at between the parties.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts and development, there appears to be no plausible reason as to why the appellant is keen on keeping the litigation pending. However, on the request of learned counsel for the appellant, by way of last indulgence, matter is posted for 04.08.2022.
