06 / 18.04.2022 Matter has been mentioned by the learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Biswajit Das from the list of DB-I in view of urgency shown and notice dated 18.04.2022 in terms of which, urgent matters of DB-I can be mentioned before DB-II.

2. It appears that Mr. P.A.S. Pati, learned counsel for the Respondent-Punjab National Bank has filed a counter affidavit on the limited point of interim relief. It appears that in terms of the order dated 28.03.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench, notices have been issued upon the Respondent No. 2 – Reserve Bank of India which has remained unserved. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that learned counsel Mr. Pandey Neeraj Rai has informed him that he is not instructed to appear on behalf of Respondent No. 2, therefore, notices need to be effected upon the Respondent No. 2 in terms of the order dated 28.03.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed the prayer for interim relief. However, for the convenience of the Court, he undertakes to supply written notes containing list of dates and convenience compilation of the relevant documents / annexures relied upon including any decision on which he seeks to place reliance.

4. As prayed for, list the case on 25.04.2022 before the appropriate Bench. Convenience compilation be supplied latest by 22.04.2022.
