Learned counsel, Mr. Amit Kumar Das appearing for M/s ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited has submitted that the claimants have also preferred analogous matter vide M.A. No.465/2019, but learned counsel for the claimants is no more because of pandemic Covid-19, as such, adjournment may be granted in these cases for appearance of counsel for the claimants.

Learned counsel, Mr. Amit Kumar Das appearing for M/s ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited has further submitted that parties have already settled their dispute and since the claimants are out of station, as such, the compromise petition could not be signed before the Certificate Officer in execution case.

Considering the same, put up these cases on 27.07.2021.
