Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and also looking to the fact that others writ petitions, being W.P.(PIL) No.6578/12 and W.P. (PIL) No.6580/12, have already been preferred - one by the Trust of the School in question and, another by father of the student, respectively, this matter will be placed before this Court on the next date of hearing along with the records of those writ petition for perusal of the orders passed therein.
