6/24.08.2016 By filing the I.A. No. 5329 of 2016, the petitioner has sought to impugn the decision taken in the meeting of the Committee dated 09.08.2016 [AnnexureA/1] pursuant to the directions contained in the Order dated 03.08.2016.

According to the petitioner, application of the petitioner for financial assistance for medical treatment of her husband has been arbitrarily rejected without proper application of mind and without examining relevant factors and observations made by this Court in order dated 03.08.2016.

Having considered the submission of the parties, since the aforesaid decision has been taken pursuant to the Order dated 03.08.2016, passed in the instant Writ Petition and related to the original cause, the proposed amendments are allowed to be incorporated in the writ petition. The prayer made in instant I.A. No. 5329 of 2016 be incorporated in para1 and prayer portion of the main writ petition. I.A. be treated as part of record. However, the same is disposed of.

Perusal of the Minutes of the Committee containing decision (AnnexureA/1 to the counter affidavit of the respondent no. 2, dated 11.08.2016 and also part of AnnexureA/1 to the I.A. No. 5329 of 2016), does not show application of mind to the relevant consideration and observations made in the Order dated 03.08.2016 of this Court. Let reconsideration be done by the Committee in question within a week.
