02/04.12.2018 Mr. Anoop Kumar Mehta, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that in paragraph no.14 of the writ petition, the petitioners have thrown a specific challenge to the finding recorded in paragraph no.8 of the appellate order.
Issue notice to the respondents, for which requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process must be filed within one week.
The respondent-State is represented through Mr. Satish Kumar, the learned counsel.
Post the matter in the 3rd Week of January, 2019.
In the meantime parties shall maintain status quo.
