Perused the office note dated 19.10.2016, it reveals that notices were issued to respondent nos. 3, 6, 7 and 11 by direct service as well as through Special Messenger has been validly served to respondent nos. 3 & 7.
2. Further, it is submitted that under order no. 22 dated 18.12.2016 the service of notice on respondent no. 11 is deemed to be validly served.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that so far notice on respondent no. 6 is concerned, he has served the notice through personal service and to this effect he has filed a supplementary affidavit .
4. In this view of the matter, office is directed to recheck the note and trace out the aforesaid affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner and put up this case again after six weeks with a fresh note.
5. Till then undertaking given earlier on 31.03.2015 by the learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 shall continue.
