2. Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Prakash Chandra, submits that the sole petitioner has expired on 27.11.2018 and accordingly, he has filed one Interlocutory application being I.A. No.3942 of 2019 for substitution of the sole petitioner.
3. Considering the submissions made, I.A. No. 3942 of 2019 is hereby allowed.
4. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to delete the name of the sole petitioner from the cause title and insert the name of his legal heirs and successors, whose details have been mentioned in para – 2 of the interlocutory application, in red ink during the course of the day. He submits that Vakalatnama on behalf of the substituted legal heirs and successors of the deceased petitioner has been filed along with this interlocutory application.
5. Post this case on 13th June, 2019 under appropriate heading.
