11/07.11.2019 Mediation has failed as per the report at Flag-'C' being Letter No. 2663 dated 23.10.2019 of learned Mediator, JHALSA. It appears from the submission of learned counsel for the parties that quantum of alimony was the bone of contention. Learned counsels, however, submit that parties can still be called to negotiate on their position in presence of the Court, so that their dispute may be amicably resolved.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we direct the parties to appear before this Court on 21st November, 2019.

List it accordingly.
