08/19.03.2021 In spite of the order dated 19th February, 2021 none of the surviving defects have been removed, though typed copy of page no. 12 has been filed to remove the defect no. 6, but it has not been certified to be true. Time has been granted earlier to learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the surviving defects on four occasions.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest in the matter. Accordingly, this transfer petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
