As orally prayed for, a period of two weeks' is granted to the petitioner to mete compliance with the orders rendered by this Court on 13th September, 2019, upon, Cr.M.P. No. 1598 of 2019. However, in case compliance with the afore orders is not meted within the afore period, thereupon, the Registry is directed to issue committal warrants against the petitioner, without any reference being made to this Court.
