Petitioner has made representations for the redressal of his grievance vide Annexures A-1 and A-2. However, the same have not been decided by the respondents till date. The interest of justice will suffice if the respondents are directed to decide the same within a reasonable period.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to decide the representations made by the petitioner vide Annexures A-1 and A-2 in view of the letter dated 13th September, 1996, reference of which has been made in the reply filed by the respondent-State within a period of eight weeks from today. No costs.
