M/s Sumesh Raj, Dinesh Thakur and Sanjeev Sood, Additional Advocate Generals, with Mr. Amit Kumar Dhumal, Deputy Advocate General, for respondent No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the case of pension of the petitioner has been duly processed and as husband of the petitioner was the employee of Himachal Government Transport, as it existed before formulation of Himachal Road Transport Corporation, accordingly, the same now stands forwarded to the State Government, i.e., respondent No. 2 for taking necessary action thereupon. On a query put to learned counsel for the petitioner, he informed the Court that late husband of the petitioner died in the year 1983 in harness with respondent-Corporation.

Be that as it may, the case as prayed for, is ordered to be listed on 23.12.2022. In the meanwhile, the needful be done by the concerned respondent.
