Ram Gopal vs. Ved Ram

As per report of the Registry, though notice sent to the respondent, namely, Ved Ram was received and accepted by him, but he categorically stated that name of his father has not been correctly recorded in the notice. In the memo of parties, name of the father of respondent has been shown as 'Karam Chand', whereas name of his father is 'Nathu Ram'.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for and is granted two days time to make necessary correction in the memo of parties. However, fact remains that notice sent by this Court was duly served upon the respondent, but despite service, he has not chosen to come present in the Court. As such, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrant to the respondent returnable for 29.12.2017.
