Learned counsel for the parties submit that there is possibility of amicable settlement and have desired for listing this case before the National Lok Adalat, to be held on 8 th December, 2018.
Accordingly, the matter be listed before the said National Lok Adalat, as prayed for, with the direction to the counsel for the parties to ensure presence of the parties in person or through authorized agent competent to settle the dispute.
