Written statement to the plaint stands filed by the defendant. Learned counsel for the plaintiff prays for and is granted last opportunity of four weeks to file replication, failing which right to file the same shall stand closed.

OMP Nos. 499 and 500 of 2022

By way of instant applications, the applicant has prayed for his impleadment in the suit as well as permission to restore/obtain the domestic electricity connection in the premises situate upon the suit land. Pleadings are complete, now let these applications be listed for consideration after four weeks.

OMP Nos. 246 and 247 of 2022.

By way of these applications, prayer has been made by the applicant for her impleadment as well as vacation of stay order dated 13.7.2021, whereby parties were directed to maintain status quo qua nature and possession of the suit land. Learned counsel for the non-applicants pray for and are granted four weeks' time to file reply.

List on 12.7.2022. In the meantime, interim order to continue.
