Mr. Romesh Verma, Advocate, states that since copy of the plaint supplied by the learned counsel for the plaintiff is incomplete, he was unable to file written statement within the stipulated time in terms of order dated 25.8.2021. He prays for and is granted further four weeks' time to file written statement. Learned counsel for the plaintiff undertakes to make available copy of complete plaint alongwith documents/annexures to the counsel representing the defendant during the course of the day, enabling him to do the needful well within the stipulated time.
